Where can I check my order status?

Use the Shopify order status page or contact us with your order number.

How quickly are personalized candles prepared?

Our typical personalized-order turnaround is approximately 5-7 business days before shipping. Timing can vary by order and season; confirmed delivery estimates appear during checkout.

Can I upload a photo for my candle?

Yes. Start with our Personalized Photo Candle and upload your image on the product page.

Will someone check my personalization?

Personalized orders are reviewed for common print issues. If you have a specific request, include it with your order or contact us.

Trim the wick to about ¼ inch before each burn and remove loose debris from the wax.
