Candle Care
A few simple habits can help your candle burn more evenly and keep its vessel looking its best.
Make the first burn count
Let the melt pool reach near the vessel edge to encourage an even burn.
Trim before every burn
Keep the wick near ¼ inch and remove loose wick debris before relighting.
Limit each burn
Never burn longer than four hours at a time. Allow the vessel to cool before relighting.
Choose a safe surface
Burn within sight on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, children, and pets.
Know when to stop
Discontinue use when about ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel.
Store with care
Keep unlit candles covered, upright, and away from direct sunlight or excess heat.
Always follow the warning label on your candle. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
