How can I check on an existing order?

Send us a message with your order number and the email used at checkout and our team will look it up. You can also review our shipping & delivery information.

Can I request a custom or personalized candle?

Yes. Personalized photo and custom label candles can be created through our customize a candle page, and any other personalization idea can be sent through the contact form.

What should I do if my candle arrives damaged?

Choose 'Damaged or Incorrect Product' in the contact form, include your order number, and attach photos so we can see what arrived. Our returns policy covers the details.
