Hanukkah Candles

Sculpted and poured for the festival: a menorah, a hanukkiah, a dreidel, a Star of David, and a slate musical holiday candle that plays when it is lifted. These are decorative candles for the table and the windowsill during the eight nights — they are not ritual candles and are not intended to replace the ones lit in a hanukkiah itself.

Set as a centrepiece they carry a table through a long meal, and the musical design tends to be the one grandchildren remember. All of them use the same all-natural wax we pour across the workshop, discussed in are candles toxic?, and this article handles the linen afterwards.
