Any issue with your order, please notify us within 7 days or receipt merchandise by fax or email. No claim will be accepted passed this delay. Should you receive any damaged items, please notify immediately the carrier in order to claim. Please leave damaged items in original box for inspection.
Return freight must be paid by the customer. Refused orders subject to freight charges plus restocking fee.
All bottles we sell are used and may have minor imperfections or label damage. This does not affect the functionality of the product at all. The candles are hand-made using only the highest quality, all natural soy wax.
Custom Candle Co does not have any affiliation with any of the liquor, wine, champagne, or beer companies. We recycled the old, unwanted bottles saved from being thrown away and wind up in landfills.
